Partial Orders Induced by Quasilinear Clones
We find sufficient conditions for a subclone C of Burle’s clone and for a subclone of the polynomial clone of a finite semimodule to have the property that the associated C-minor partial order has finite principal ideals. We also prove that for these clones the C-minor partial order is universal for the class of countable partial orders whose principal ideals are finite.
متن کاملPartial Orders on Partial Isometries
This paper studies three natural pre-orders of increasing generality on the set of all completely non-unitary partial isometries with equal defect indices. We show that the problem of determining when one partial isometry is less than another with respect to these pre-orders is equivalent to the existence of a bounded (or isometric) multiplier between two natural reproducing kernel Hilbert spac...
متن کاملOn orders induced by implications
In this paper, the orders induced by the residual implications obtained from uninorms are investigated. A necessary and sufficient condition is presented so that the ordinal sum of fuzzy implications satisfies the law of importation with a t-norm $T$. Some relationships between the orders induced by an ordinal sum implication and its summands are determined. The algebraic structures obtained fr...
متن کاملComputably Enumerable Partial Orders
We study the degree spectra and reverse-mathematical applications of computably enumerable and co-computably enumerable partial orders. We formulate versions of the chain/antichain principle and ascending/descending sequence principle for such orders, and show that the latter is strictly stronger than the latter. We then show that every ∅′-computable structure (or even just of c.e. degree) has ...
